The Fox LMS Plugin offers the Q&A (Questions and Answers) section for each lesson. With this functionality, the students can write any questions they have for the lessons from the front-end.
To write a question for the lesson, you need to be enrolled in the course on the front-end.
Then, open your desired lesson and go to the Q&A Section.
There, you can either search between questions and answers if there are any, or you can ask a new question.
If you want to add a new question, click on the Ask Question button.
Write the question you have and click on the Submit button.
Once the question is posted, the admin of the website can find it on the Q&A menu page on the dashboard.
There, the admin can click on the request, open it, and add the answer. Also, the admin can change the status of the question and mark it resolved.
On the front-end, the օther course takers can see all the Questions and Answers, see their responses, and the status. Also, they can like the question.
The user who posted the question can also delete it from the front page.
So, the Q&A feature helps create an interactive learning environment, making it easier for students to engage, get support, and collaborate throughout their learning journey.
